The Gazebo Vacation Home is a one-of-a-kind private resort designed and built entirely by Freeman Construction. Created as a true escape, this project blends luxury, creativity, and craftsmanship into a single destination where every space has purpose. From the moment you arrive, the property feels like a curated retreat—complete with resort-style pools, expansive outdoor lounging areas, and recreation spaces designed for both relaxation and entertainment.
Architectural details elevate the experience throughout the property, with custom arabesque reliefs, textured finishes, and carefully selected materials that bring character and elegance to every corner. The outdoor areas flow seamlessly into the interior, creating an open, vacation-ready atmosphere that feels both grand and inviting. Every feature—from lighting to landscaping—was designed to enhance the feeling of privacy, comfort, and luxury, making the property feel more like a boutique resort than a private residence.
Inside, the home features individually themed rooms that turn the stay into an experience of its own. A basketball-inspired room celebrates energy and competition, while a bold boxing-themed suite brings power and attitude through custom graphics, finishes, and design elements. An entertainment and recreation area ties it all together, offering a space to gather, unwind, and enjoy the resort lifestyle. This project showcases Freeman Construction’s ability to not only build structures, but to design environments—transforming ideas into unforgettable destinations.

The design, construction, and full build-out of the Gazebo Vacation Home presented a unique set of challenges that required creative planning, technical precision, and seamless coordination across multiple trades. Conceived as a private resort rather than a traditional residence, the project demanded careful integration of luxury amenities, custom architectural features, and themed environments while maintaining structural efficiency and long-term durability. These challenges shaped our approach from concept through completion, ensuring the property delivers a cohesive, high-end experience that meets both functional demands and elevated design expectations.
- Full-Scope Resort-Style Construction & Site Development: The Gazebo project was built as a private vacation resort, requiring complete coordination of foundations, structural systems, exterior hardscaping, pools, landscaping, and recreational zones to create a cohesive, luxury retreat from the ground up.
- Custom Architectural Design & Arabesque Relief Integration: Decorative arabesque reliefs, textured finishes, and architectural accents were custom fabricated and installed throughout the property, demanding precise craftsmanship, specialty materials, and detailed layout planning to achieve a refined, resort-inspired aesthetic.
- Resort-Grade Pool & Outdoor Leisure Areas: Multiple pools, lounging spaces, and outdoor recreation areas required advanced plumbing systems, waterproofing, drainage planning, and durable finishes designed to withstand heavy use while maintaining a luxury appearance.
- Themed Interior Room Design & Custom Builds: Individual rooms were uniquely themed around basketball and boxing, featuring custom wall graphics, specialty lighting, built-in elements, and tailored finishes that required close coordination between design concepts, framing, electrical, and final detailing.
- Entertainment & Recreation Area Construction: Dedicated entertainment spaces were designed to support social gatherings, relaxation, and immersive experiences, requiring sound considerations, flexible lighting zones, reinforced structures, and seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor areas.
- High-End Mechanical, Electrical & HVAC Coordination: The property required zoned HVAC systems, specialty electrical layouts, and enhanced ventilation to support guest comfort across multiple rooms, entertainment areas, and high-occupancy spaces throughout the resort.
- Luxury Material Selection & Finish Execution: From flooring and wall treatments to ceilings and custom fixtures, the project demanded careful material selection, precise installation, and consistent detailing to maintain a high-end vacation-home standard across every space.
- Permit Management & Multi-Trade Coordination: Construction involved managing permits, inspections, and scheduling across numerous trades—including structural, mechanical, pool systems, finishes, and landscaping—ensuring the project remained compliant, efficient, and on schedule.
- Seamless Indoor–Outdoor Flow & Guest Experience Planning: The layout was carefully designed to connect interior living spaces with pools, recreation zones, and relaxation areas, enhancing the overall guest experience and reinforcing the feel of a private luxury resort.
