Aria Smile Design is one of Miami’s modern dental practices, known for combining advanced cosmetic dentistry with a luxury-level patient experience. Freeman Contractor Miami had the privilege of designing, building, and fully furnishing both the façade and interior of this state-of-the-art clinic. Our work began with an architectural redesign of the storefront, creating a clean, contemporary exterior that reflects the high-end nature of the brand. From custom signage to upgraded exterior lighting and finishes, every design element was developed to enhance visibility, curb appeal, and the professional identity of the practice.
Inside, we executed a complete dental-office buildout that adhered to strict healthcare and dentistry compliance standards. This included constructing operatories, sterilization rooms, digital imaging areas, consultation spaces, and administration offices—all designed with efficiency, safety, and workflow in mind. We furnished the clinic with dental-grade cabinetry, ergonomic workstations, durable medical flooring, and moisture-resistant materials suitable for clinical use. In addition, we coordinated the installation of dental chairs, overhead lighting, suction and air systems, X-ray infrastructure, and other specialized equipment essential to a fully operational dental practice.
Our team also focused on delivering a warm, patient-centered atmosphere throughout the waiting areas and reception zone, blending comfort with professional polish. The Challenge Of Project
The construction and full dental-office buildout for Aria Smile Design presented several specialized challenges that required medical-grade coordination, strict adherence to dental compliance codes, and seamless integration of clinical equipment with high-end interior design. Our team approached each issue with precise planning and technical expertise to ensure the practice opened fully functional, visually refined, and compliant with Miami-Dade and healthcare regulations. Below are the main challenges we faced — and how we solved them.
- Integrating Dental Equipment Into a Custom Interior Layout: The operatories required plumbing, suction, medical gas, and electrical systems to be perfectly aligned with dental chairs and imaging equipment. We solved this by coordinating directly with equipment suppliers, creating detailed mechanical and electrical drawings, and performing multiple pre-installation walkthroughs to guarantee exact placement and functionality.
- Meeting Strict Dentistry & Medical Compliance Standards: Dental facilities must follow precise sterilization, ventilation, ADA accessibility, and infection-control requirements. Our team worked closely with inspectors and compliance consultants, using medical-grade materials, moisture-resistant surfaces, and proper sterilization-room layouts to ensure the space passed all inspections without delays.
